Joan-Ellen Mann - The Sandman

The wife of Zeke Mann and the mother of Wanda, Joan-Ellen holds extreme religious views about gender and sexuality. Believing her daughter was sinful for running away and living her true life in New York, she coldly referred to Wanda's death as an act of God and retribution for her "sinful ways". 

Joan-Ellen took an immediate dislike to Barbie at Wanda's funeral, refusing to allow her to attend the wake at the family home.
