The March Hare - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

The alter-ego of Harriet Pratt, March Hare, is a long-time member of the Wonderland Gang. Arrested for her crimes, she was imprisoned in Arkham City.

When Batman stormed the Mad Hatter's hat shop in search of the kidnapped Vicki Vale, she told him that he was not welcome, ordering her allies to escort him off the premises. Undeterred by her warning, he easily overpowered them all, turning his attention to Tetch and their newest - unwilling - recruits, The Carpenter, The Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts.

Harriet Pratt - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

A grifter, con artist and escort, Harriet Pratt hustled on the streets of Gotham, both by herself and as a member of the Wonderland Gang. Taking on the persona of The March Hare, she quickly became a thorn in Batman’s side.

Her crimes eventually came back to haunt her as she was arrested and imprisoned in Arkham City.

The Pantheon of Discord - Doctor Who: 2023: Season One

Unofficially known by some as "the Gods of Chaos," the Pantheon of Discord is a group of extremely powerful beings that live outside of the Universe, with mastery over concepts like music and play that can defy all logic and reason. While they are not supreme beings, those few who have managed to survive encounters with them find it difficult to quantify what they actually are, using the shorthand of "Gods" as a starting point.

They are said to be the children and descendants of Sutekh, the God of Death, with the Harbinger of Death calling them their "mother, father and other."

Setting their sights on the Doctor and his allies, their very existence scares the Last of the Time Lords, as their abilities vastly outmatch his. While he has beaten and banished several of their order, these victories were not easily claimed, pushing him to his mental and physical limit. Even then, many of these encounters were won, by sheer luck of events outside his control.

Harbinger of Music - Doctor Who: 2023: Season One

The "son" of the Maestro, Harbinger was a creation used by the extra-dimensional being to help summon them into this universe.

Acting as both a scout and an agent of The Pantheon, he would use his innocent appearance to blend in on the planet Earth, going by the name Henry Arbinger

Although he was unmade by his father after the Maestro was successfully summoned into the early 20th century, he was later seen to be alive and well, after their defeat and banishment.

Back to square one, he was forced to repeat the process, finding a new musical progeny to free his father from their imprisonment.

Henry Arbinger - Doctor Who: 2023: Season One

The alter-ego of Harbinger, Henry Arbinger is an unassuming school pupil studying music under Timothy Drake in 1925.

He was used by his father to trick Drake into playing The Devil's Chord and unleashing the Maestro into the world.

Outliving his usefulness, he was promptly destroyed.

Kalibak - Injustice 2: Arcade Ending: Darkseid

The son of Darkseid and the prince of Apokolips, Kalibak was killed by Superman during an attempted invasion on Earth.

He would be avenged by his father, who captured, tortured, and executed his murderer. In Kal-El’s last moments, he took immense pleasure in recounting how he had broken his cousin's will, recruiting her into his Furies. Furthermore, his DNA was used to create a new and improved legion of Parademons, all ordered to take over and destroy his adopted world.

The Walrus - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

A member of The Wonderland Gang notorious for his metallic mask and tusks, The Walrus, aka Moe Blum, had much experience working as an enforcer for high-profiled costumed criminals. Before partnering with the Mad Hatter, he was in the employ of Roman Sionis, aka Black Mask.

Violent and quick-tempered, he would often try to gore his opponents with his tusks, not considering his surroundings.

During a recent confrontation with Batman in Arkham City, he was easily incapacitated by the Dark Knight, who electrocuted him with an R.E.C.

Baudelaire - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

A flower shop formerly owned by Pamela Isley when she tried to go legit, Baudelaire was the former base of operations for Poison Ivy after she was arrested and incarcerated in Arkham City.

She was kidnapped from the shop, despite putting up a violent struggle that saw her plants go berserk. Noting the increase in toxic pollen and vines around the Park Row area, originating from Baudelaire, Batman investigated the crime scene. There he discovered that Mad Hatter had been behind Isley’s disappearance, thanks to a barely drunk cup of tea lying on the counter.

The Mad Hatter’s Apartment - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

An apartment located in Park Row, this was used by Jervis Tetch, aka The Mad Hatter as his base of operations in the early days of Arkham City. Lying low while he built up a small criminal following, he would plot about how best to survive and thrive in the dangerous and cutthroat prison complex.

The apartment was compromised by Batman after the Hatter’s ill-conceived plan to hypnotise the vigilante into becoming his secret weapon against Strange’s Tyger enforcers, and the other gangs led by Two-Face, The Penguin and The Joker.

Forced to relocate to his old Hat Shop in the Bowery, Tetch would reach out to his former allies in The Wonderland Gang, hiring them as security to defend his new hideout while he plots revenge against the Dark Knight.

The Hatter's Hat Shop - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

Owned by Jervis Tetch early in the days of his criminal career as The Mad Hatter, The Hatter's Hat Shop, located in Gotham's Bowery District fell into a state of disrepair after the arrest and incarceration of its proprietor.

Years later, after his safe house and headquarters were destroyed during a fight with Batman, The Mad Hatter returned to his old shop, setting in motion a new plan to take revenge on the vigilante for this humiliation. Hiring the Wonderland Gang to secure the building, they were quickly dispatched by the Dark Knight, who had arrived on the scene to save Vicki Vale and Tetch’s other hostages.

Ambushed by a modified version of Scarecrow’s Fear Toxin, Batman, already weakened by the Joker’s infected blood, was forced to fight against The Hatter’s victims, who were envisioned as new members of The Wonderland Gang, The Queen of Hearts, The Cheshire Cat, and The Carpenter.

Holding off these new assailants, Batman was eventually able to take down Jervis, breaking his hold over them all and forcing Tetch to flee.

The Mad Hatter’s Fear Toxin - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

Originally developed and manufactured by The Scarecrow, aka Professor Jonathan Crane, the former neuroscientist Jervis Tetch altered this new strain of Fear Toxin to force the victims to undergo vivid hallucinations of a Wonderland-like environment. He used various props and costumes to sell this nightmare further.

It was used against Batman when the hero stormed his shop in search of the kidnapped Vicki Vale and Pamela Isley. While it initially weakened him, he was eventually able to overcome the toxin’s effects, taking down the Hatter once and for all.

After the adrenaline in his system subsided, he was able to administer an antidote that could neutralise the effects of the drug.

The Carpenter - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

Formerly a member of The Wonderland Gang, The Carpenter, aka Jenna Duffy was a regular foe of Batman and his allies. However, she eventually quit the group to focus on her passion as a carpenter, opening her own business.

Seeing this as a betrayal, members of the gang decided to get their revenge on Duffy, ratting out her last known whereabouts to Tyger operatives. Acting on this information, Hugo Strange ordered her to be arrested.

Despite Batman’s help, she was quickly captured and imprisoned in Arkham City.

Left to the mercy of her former teammates, Duffy was drugged and fitted with a micro-processor hair ribbon, stripping her of her free will and turning her into a mindless drone.

Now loyal to Tetch and Tetch alone, she was drafted into the new and improved Wonderland Gang, alongside The Cheshire Cat - Selina Kyle, - The Queen of Hearts – Pamela Isley, - and Alice - Vicki Vale.

Once more the Carpenter, she was forced to attack Batman when he stormed the Hat Shop in search of Vale and Isley. Recognising that she was not in control of her actions, he pulled his punches, searching for an alternate way to free the Hatter’s victims.

Now out from under Tetch’s control, Duffy set about to make a name for herself in Arkham City, excited by the prospect of fixing up the collapsing super prison.

The Lion - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

A member of The Wonderland Gang, The Lion, aka Lewis Yarnell uses his previous experience as a bodyguard and his sharpened nails to fight off any opponent in single combat.

A prisoner in Arkham City, he returned to working for the Mad Hatter, acting as muscle for Tetch and defending the Hatter’s Hat Shop from intruders.

Despite his best efforts, he was no match for Batman who took him out with a blast from his REC.

The Unicorn - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

The alter-ego of Skitch Benson, The Unicorn was a member of The Wonderland Gang based on the character with the same name from Lewis Carrol’s Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There.

A prisoner in Arkham City, he attempted to fight Batman in The Mad Hatter’s old Hat Shop, only to be taken down by the masked vigilante. He did manage to land a hit first, goring the Dark Knight in the shoulder with the horn on his helmet before his inevitable defeat.

Officer Ruiz - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

One of the few G.C.P.D Officers working undercover within Arkham City, at the behest of Commissioner Jim Gordon, Officer Ruiz was captured by the Mad Hatter and taken prisoner in his Hat Shop. There she was drugged and hypnotised to become an unwilling member of Tetch’s Wonderland Gang, ordered to fight against Batman when the vigilante arrived to save them.

Freed from Tetch’s control, she promised to get fellow hostage Vicki Vale safely across Arkham City, seeking the sanctuary of the old Gotham Church, the super-prison’s makeshift medical centre.

Marcus Driver - Gotham Knights

One of three GCPD Detectives working on Commissioner Catherine Kane's anti-vigilante policies, Marcus Driver, was tasked to focus on pooling all their collective knowledge on Batgirl into one file for easy access.

Just like his colleagues, Crispus Allen and Romy Chandler, his work was filled with numerous mistakes, outlandish speculations and falsehoods, treating her as a criminal.

Romy Chandler - Gotham Knights

A detective working for the GCPD, Romy Chandler, was tasked with compiling files on several of Gotham's local vigilantes, including Nightwing and Red Hood.

Unfortunately, like many of the reports that came out of the GCPD since Jim Gordon's death and Catherine Kane's appointment as police commissioner, these are heavily biased and contain countless inaccuracies and falsehoods, painting the Bat Family as criminals.

Selina Kyle - Gotham Knights

The alter-ego of Catwoman, Selina Kyle, is a notorious cat burglar and philanthropist, using her wealth and gains to help support local charities throughout Gotham. Many of the causes she supports are for animal welfare.

She is a patron of the S.K Animals Shelter, with her weekly donations of money and food helping to expand and improve their services.

Crispus Allen - Gotham Knights

Partner of Renee Montoya, Detective Crispus Allen of the GCPD was assigned by Catherine Kane to write up reports on vigilante activity, using these files as the basis for their anti-vigilante policy and guidelines. Tasked with specifically focusing on "The Boy Wonder", he would often conflate the actions of the three Robins - both past and present - as one person.

Alberto Falcone: Yes?

Harleen Quinzel: Mr. Falcone, this is Dr. Strange's office calling.

Alberto Falcone: Right. Sorry. I missed my last appointment.  I had to -

Harleen Quinzel: Actually, you missed your last two appointments.

Alberto Falcone: Yeah, right, right. Look, I appreciate the doctor's concern, but I have it under control now. There's no need for any further treatment.

Harleen Quinzel: I'm afraid Dr. Strange doesn't feel the same way, Alberto. We would hate to take unnecessary chances when we've come so far.

Alberto Falcone: Listen. I'm not one of Stranges' test subjects to be poked and prodded. Have you forgotten who I am? Who my father is?

Harleen Quinzel: I believe your father would be most concerned that his son could be suffering from untreated psychological issues.

Alberto Falcone: Is that a threat?

Harleen Quinzel: So we'll expect you at the regular time next week?

Alberto Falcone: Hello? Who's this?

Black Mask: A friend of the family.

Alberto Falcone: Sionis, what do you want?

Black Mask: Just a social call. Reaching out to the community, you might say.

Alberto Falcone: Go on

Black Mask: Your father and I did not always see eye-to-eye, but we had much in common. Common interests, common traditions.

Alberto Falcone: I can't really speak for my father or the family.

Black Mask: That's not how you made it sound at Cucionotta the other night.

Alberto Falcone: How did you know I was ---

Black Mask: Relax, Alberto. There's nothing like good food and wine to loosen the tongue, am I right? But, next time you want to discuss your future though, it's somewhere more private. And I own just the place.

"Holiday": Hello, Sionis.

Black Mask: Who the Hell's this? What time is it?

"Holiday": Time to get your affairs in order, Roman. There is a change in the air, and the wolves descend on Gotham.

Black Mask: Listen, you little piece of crap! I don't know who you are or who you work for ---

"Holiday": I answer to a higher power than you - I am a higher power than you! And one day soon, you will have much to answer for.

Black Mask: Nobody speaks to me ----

----------------------------------------

The son of Carmine Falcone and heir of the Falcone crime family, Alberto Falcone was an ambitious man who sought to rise in the ranks of the organisation, by his own merit, and follow in his father's footsteps.

Undergoing therapy with Dr Hugo Strange to tackle issues surrounding his troubled upbringing, Alberto quickly came to hate his therapist. He began questioning Strange’s motives after learning about the doctor’s side projects and experiments. Wishing to sever all ties with him, he deliberately skipped their sessions, as well as refused to continue with his treatment. However, this act of defiance was met by swift retaliation by Strange, who threatened to inform Carmine of his son's untreated psychological condition; a split personality, dubbed "Holiday" that not only despised organised crime but also revelled in killing Gotham's mobsters, even those with connections to his own family.

Alberto became an unwitting pawn in Roman Sionis' bid to take complete control of Gotham's criminal underworld. When Black Mask overhead Falcone discussing his plans for the future of the organisation - once it officially passed to him - he attempted to blackmail the young man into becoming an informant, passing one key information about Carmine's - one of his biggest competitors - movements.

However, this backfired, resulting in the emergence of Holiday. Enraged by Sionis' audacity, he calls Black Mask late one night to tell the man that he will be one of the first to fall when the underworld's power dynamic shifts.

Once again, around Christmas Eve, Alberto would be the target of his father’s rivals, when both he and his bodyguard were kidnapped by the Penguin, aka Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, an up-and-coming mobster and racketeer. Brought to Cobblepot's stronghold aboard the Final Offer, he was the subject of a violent and one-sided negotiation. Originally defiant to the Penguin's demands, that the Falcone Family permanently retire from the weapons trade,  he is quick to relent after being assaulted with a cattle prod, agreeing to the request and begging that Oswald let him go and relay the message to Carmine.

Before Cobblepot can do any further harm to Alberto, he is rescued by the vigilante Batman, escaping in the chaos.

Gilda Dent - Batman: Arkham Knight: A Flip of a Coin

The beloved ex-wife of Harvey Dent, Gilda Dent (nee Gold) seperated from her husband after he became Two-Face.

Nethertheless he still kept a portrait of her, hanging it up in the Hell's Gate Disposal Services along with several other items signifciant to both Dent and Two-Face.

"Holiday" - Batman: Arkham Origins

The alter-ego of Alberto Falcone, son of Carmine Falcone and heir to the Falcone Crime Family, "Holiday" is a serial killer known to target and murder high profile and powerful figures in Gotham City's criminal underworld, murdering them on public holidays and leaving behind a signature calling card; the murder weapon and an item with significant ties to the celebration.

Claiming to be a higher power, he believes he is the change that Gotham organised crime needed, threatening to make the old mob bosses suffer dearly.

Among those on his list of potential victims is Roman Sionis, aka Black Mask, one of his father's many rivals and the unofficial king of Gotham. Emboldened in his anomonity, he called to threaten Sionis late one night, intimidating the man who had tried to blackmail and control Alberto.

This call was recorded by Eddie Nashton, the head of the GCPD Cyber Crime Unit, who threatened to use the knowledge that Alberto was "Holiday" as part of his plan to cause chaos in Gotham. Batman would also learn Falcone's secret when the vigilante hacked into Nashton's - aka Enigma - data files, transferring the information to his own database, the Batcomputer, for further analysis.

Holiday - Batman: Arkham Knight: A Flip of a Coin

Dubbed by the press as Holiday, this serial killer targetted members of Gotham's organised crime families on key public holidays, killing them with silenced .22 pistols, before leaving behind iconography synominous with festive occassion.

These modified guns were all untracable, thanks to the murderer filing off the serial number, making it impossible to deduce their true identity from them alone.

One of Batman's earlier cases, Alfred Pennyworth would remember the affair to be a partcilalrly ghastly and memorable one. Futhermore, due to the case's significance to Harvey Dent, he and Two-Face would keep old evidence from the case, putting them on display at Hell's Gate Disposal Services.
