Bizarro - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

A failed genetic clone of Superman created by Lex Luthor, Bizarro escaped his creator before he could be destroyed. Saved from termination by Red Hood and Artemis, he joined them as The Outlaws, a team of vigilantes and mercenaries saving the world. 

Seeing the group as both his friends family, Bizarro was welcomed as an ally of the Bat Family. He loved video games and would often play against Red Robin in his spare time. 

Artemis - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

An Amazon warrior living away from Themyscira, Artemis - of Bana-Mighdall - joined Jason Todd and his Outlaws. She is known to have worked as a mercenary. 

As a friend of Jason, she has been welcomed into the Bat Family's inner circle, even accompanying him to the the Batcave. Artemis and Cassandra Cain have a shared passion for swords, and have sparred against one another; her Amazon physiology and combat training matching Cain's ability to read and match body language. 

The Outlaws - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

A vigilante team led by Jason Todd, aka Red Hood, The Outlaws operate globally. They have been known to take on mercenary work.

Black Mask - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

The leader of the False Face Society, the notorious crime lord Roman Sionis, aka Black Mask, is an enemy of Batman and his allies. Wearing a mask carved from the ebony of his parent's casket, the wood was severely burned into his flesh during a crime gone wrong, making it impossible to remove. 

A prominent figure in Gotham's criminal underworld, Black Mask has ties to several high-profile arms dealers often frequented by fellow costumed villains. 

With public services and funding severely limited in the Bowery, Sionis capitalised in the lack of police presence, claiming the neighbourhood as his own territory. There his thugs would operate with impunity, looting and harassing the local residents. Yet he would stick to the shadows, rarely showing his face unless he could help it. 

His operations were crippled when a team of vigilantes took down several of his lieutenants. However, like always he managed to sneak away in the chaos. 

Trudy - Doctor Who: 2023: Season One

A friend and bandmate of Ruby Sunday, Trudy is a singer and the group's frontwoman. She is affectionately dubbed as "the mouthy one" by Ruby. 

Black Manta - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

The arch-nemesis of Aquaman, Black Manta was a lethal supervillain, whose high-tech suit and arsenal allowed him to go toe to toe with the King of Atlantis on both land and sea. While he was known to make many of his own weapons, he wasn't opposed to purchasing arms from other sources. 

On July 20th 2023, he travelled to Gotham to meet with a well-known associate of Black Mask, aka Roman Sionis. With the purchase concluded he set a trap for Aquaman, planning to kill the hero with his new gear. However, he was ambushed by Bluebird, who knocked him unconscious with her tazer. 

Once he was fully detained by Spoiler, Aquaman took his incapacitated foe into his custody. 

Kite-Man - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

The alter-ego of Charles "Chuck" Brown, Kite-Man is a costumed criminal and enemy of Batman. He is notorious for committing crimes using signature kite-themed weapons and gadgets, taking inspiration from his favourite childhood toy growing up. 

A low-priority threat, he tried to bolster his reputation by picking one of the costumed vigilantes to be his nemesis, since he was unable to take out Batman. He set his sights on Spoiler, who he knew through her father, Cluemaster. However, this rivalry was entirely one-sided.
