Dora - The Sandman

Hailing from Kansas, Dora was Wanda's aunt. While she believed herself to be more open-minded than Wanda's parents, she held deeply conservative views on her niece's gender identity, refusing to accept that Wanda was trans and constantly referring to her by her dead name. She was the only member of the family who kept in touch with Wanda after she moved to New York, although every time they talked it was to express her belief that her niece should "repent."

Meeting Barbie at the local diner, Dora drove her to the funeral, offering her hospitality and support during the difficult time.

Later she drove Barbie to the bus station, before returning to the wake.
