Events: 

• Anthony Tremaine kills his grandmother and takes over her mansion, taking his mother and aunt hostage. He proceeds to occupy the dock of the Isle of the Lost, making it his own kingdom with the help of the Le Fay boys and the sons of Gaston. His reign is brief and he is forced to go into hiding when the crew of The Lost Revenge return from their travels, recapturing their old territory. 
• No longer wanting to play second fiddle to Tremaine, Morgie turns Anthony to stone.
• The Le Fay brothers travel north, capturing Oz and its neighbouring kingdoms of Iv, Ev and Mifkets. There they have established their own empire, setting their sights next on Auradon, the Enchanted Forest and the World Without Magic beyond.

July 27th: Red Hood takes down Thespis and Tupeng, interrogating the former about Black Mask's location. That same night he saves Turner Hayes, a young disenfranchised boy who has all but given up on vigilantes, feeling that Batman and his allies only protect certain districts in the city and leave others to fall into squalor and disrepair. Hood promises to look out for Turner and the Bowery, though Hayes is unconvinced.

August 10th - Black Mask evades capture. However, his lieutenants; Circe, Giovanni Luchese and Tattoo were arrested in a Bat Family sting operation, seriously weakening his hold over the Bowery. This is one of the biggest victories they have had over Sionis's Empire since it first occupied the neighbourhood a year ago. Meanwhile Red Hood rescues Turner once again, reigniting his hope that he, and the people of the Bowery, are not as alone as they first thought.

October: 

Hayes steals a prototype electric blade from the back of a North Refrigeration truck, training to become a vigilante in his own right. He adopts the mantle of The Gotham Knight.

• Lady Eleanor Tremaine: Pushed out of a window to her death by her grandson, Anthony Tremaine
• Lady Drizilla Tremaine: Poisoned herself to escape execution at the hands of her nephew, Anthony.

• The Dead Boy Detective Agency is recognised as a legitimate organisation on Earth. They are allowed to remain on the mortal plane and continue to bring closure to the restless spirits who dwell there. 
• After a run-in with Batman, The Gotham Knight joins The Gotham Knights.
