The twisted creations of Lazlo Valentin, aka Professor Pyg, the Dollotrons were victims of the mad scientist, who he had tortured, mutilated, and lobotomised, removing their ability to think and feel pain, so that all they could do was follow orders without question or thought. He mainly used them as goons, seeing them as disposable cannon fodder.
A small group of Dollotrons helped Valentin prep Two-Face for surgery, after the former DA hired Pyg to use surgery and mind-altering chemicals to destroy his Harvey Dent persona.
They were all killed by Scandal Savage and Knockout when the latter kidnapped the surgeon.
