The Mad Hatter’s Apartment - Batman: Arkham Unhinged

An apartment located in Park Row, this was used by Jervis Tetch, aka The Mad Hatter as his base of operations in the early days of Arkham City. Lying low while he built up a small criminal following, he would plot about how best to survive and thrive in the dangerous and cutthroat prison complex. 

The apartment was compromised by Batman after the Hatter’s ill-conceived plan to hypnotise the vigilante into becoming his secret weapon against Strange’s Tyger enforcers, and the other gangs led by Two-Face, The Penguin and The Joker. 

Forced to relocate to his old Hat Shop in the Bowery, Tetch would reach out to his former allies in The Wonderland Gang, hiring them as security to defend his new hideout while he plots revenge against the Dark Knight.
