Henry Arbinger - Doctor Who: 2023: Season One

The alter-ego of Harbinger, Henry Arbinger is an unassuming school pupil studying music under Timothy Drake in 1925. 

He was used by his father to trick Drake into playing The Devil's Chord and unleashing the Maestro into the world. 

Outliving his usefulness, he was promptly destroyed.
