A cruel bully who attended St Hilarions School for Boys, Skinner took pleasure in tormenting and victimizing those who he deemed inferior to him. He befriended other bullies, Cheeseman and Barrow, and together, they terrorized the younger students.
Interested in the occult, the trio tried to perform evocation rituals to summon demons. Initially, they practised with animals. However, after a while, he turned to human victims. Brutally murdering Edwin Paine, he hoped to offer the boy's blood and soul for their shared goal, but nothing happened.
When World War One began, Skinner and his fellow students and staff enlisted in the British Armed Forces. Unfortunately, Skinner died of Diptheria during the war, along with Barrow.
All three occultists were sent to Hell for their collective crimes.
