Harry Loomis - Batman: The Animated Series: Season Three

Harry Loomis, a renowned stand-up comedian based in Gotham City, served as a permanent judge for the annual Gotham Laff-Off comedy competition. After publicly humiliating the Joker, who had intruded on the previous year’s competition in disguise, Loomis became the target of the Clown Prince of Crime’s revenge.

In the week leading up to the competition’s 10th anniversary, the Joker captured Loomis and implanted a mind control chip stolen from the Mad Hatter. Under the Joker’s control, Loomis was forced to become a costumed criminal known as The Pack Rat, effectively ruining his career.

Following a confrontation with Batman and Robin that resulted in his electrocution, Loomis was taken into police custody. He remained there until the Joker’s arrest. Loomis and his fellow judges, Lisa Lorraine and Buddy Standler, were acquitted due to their lack of control over their actions.
