Dragon King - Young Justice

An enemy of the Justice Society of America, the Dragon King started his career in 1936, clashing on and off with the costumed heroes. 

In 1945, he attempted to assassinate The Flash at the 1939 New York World's Fair site. However, Firebrand pushed Garrick out of the way, taking the brunt of the blast and "killing" her.
