One of the many assassins trained to serve The Court of Owls, he was tasked with executing the head of the G.C.P.D, who had discovered their existence. Breaking into his target's house, he taught the family'syoung son the Court of Owls nursery rhyme, using this boy's innocence to make his father feel unsafe in his home.
Satisfied that his victim was terrified, he emerged from the boy's bedroom, murdering the couple right in front of their son.
